We welcome you to the homepage of your modern family practice in Bad Reichenhall.

This is the successor practice of Christian Reichelt. The practice has moved to barrier-free premises at Bahnhofstraße 1.

E-prescription short info

At the beginning of each quarter, have your insurance card scanned at our practice. This is mandatory before ordering prescriptions.

Then you can conveniently order prescription medication via our free patient app Patmed reorder.
As a rule, prescriptions are released after 24 hours at the latest.

You can view the e-prescription as a PDF in the Patmed app under "E-file" as soon as it has been released. To redeem your prescription at the pharmacy, you must show your insurance card or present the PDF with the QR codes.

Infectious and acute consultation

To protect our team and other patients, we allocate separate consultation times for patients with infections.
Should you suffer from symptoms such as Cough, cold, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell and taste.etc., please make an appointment with the infection consultation - online, by phone or by contact form. If you do not have an appointment, you will only be called after all appointment patients and must expect a longer waiting time.

What is Patmed?

Our patient app "PATMED" is available for you as a patient. free of charge. is available to you. This allows you to contact us via a secure connection without waiting, reorder prescriptions, view selected data in your digital medical record, or enter blood pressure values, for example. This requires a one-time connection to our practice. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our doctor's office will generate a personal QR code for you, i.e. an image with this checkerboard-like pattern. You take a picture of the QR code from your doctor's screen with your new PatMed app and are immediately connected securely to your eFile.

How do I order a prescription in Patmed?

After a one-time connection with the practice, you can click on the "reorder" button under "Medication".
This is only possible with the first follow-up prescription. You will receive a message from us as soon as the prescription is ready for collection.
If the reorder button does not appear, either your medication plan has been updated or the prescription has never been issued before. In this case, you can write us a short message under the chat function in Patmed (bottom left) to order the prescription or a referral. You do not need to provide your personal data in the message, as we can assign you directly in Patmed.

E-prescription

Approved e-prescriptions can now be downloaded as a PDF under eAkte. As soon as you see this PDF, you can redeem it at any pharmacy using your insurance card or the PDF. An e-prescription is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
