Should you suffer from symptoms such as Cough, cold, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell and taste., etc., please ask for an appointment - online, by phone or by contact form. Without an appointment, you will be called only after all the appointment patients and have to expect a long wait.

Please refrain from picking up prescriptions or referral slips or requesting appointments during this period! At this time, there are potentially infectious patients in the practice, so you should not be here if you do not have similar symptoms.
At regular office hours, please make an appointment only if you are no symptoms of infection show!

PATMED patient app
Our patient app "PATMED" is available for you as a patient. free of charge. is available to you. This allows you to contact us via a secure connection without waiting, reorder prescriptions, view selected data in your digital medical record, or enter blood pressure values, for example. This requires a one-time connection to our practice. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our doctor's office will generate a personal QR code for you, i.e. an image with this checkerboard-like pattern. You take a picture of the QR code from your doctor's screen with your new PatMed app and are immediately connected securely to your eFile.

After connecting to the practice once, you can click the "reorder" button under "Medications".
This is only possible with the first follow-up prescription. You will receive a message from us as soon as the prescription is ready for collection.
If the reorder button does not appear, either your medication plan has been updated or the prescription has never been issued before. In this case, you can write us a short message under the chat function in Patmed (bottom left) to order the prescription or a referral. You do not need to provide your personal data in the message, as we can assign you directly in Patmed.
